It’s Time to Get Groovy at the Irvin~House Vineyards & Firefly Distillery’s Winestock Music Festival

Peace! Dust off those bell bottoms and take a trip back to the 1960s and 1970s for Firefly Distillery and Irvin~House Vineyards’ annual Winestock Music Festival on Saturday, May 16 from noon until 5:00 p.m. Considered Woodstock with a wine twist, Winestock is a laid-back event offering Irvin~House Vineyard wines and Firefly spirit tastings, local food vendors, a “Best Hippie” costume contest and more. Admission is $5.00 per adult, children are free. Guests are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy live music under the oaks.

Embrace your inner flower child and dress in your favorite hippie garb for the “Best Hippie” and “Best Little Hippie” costume contests. The winner will receive prizes from the Firefly Distillery and Irvin~House Vineyards. Jam with musical guests Danielle Howle, BYOG and Rawberry Jam. Patrons are encouraged to bring their cash and credit for tastings, wine by the bottle and local food from Chucktown Mobile Seafood, Korki’s Kafe, Linen’s BBQ, King of Pops, Old Salt Gourmet Pretzels and Sweet Lulu’s Bakery.

Tastings in the Firefly Distillery and Irvin~House Vineyards winery are only $6.00 to taste 6 of 26 flavors of Firefly spirits and $5.00 to taste 5 wines. Patrons will receive complimentary glasses during both tastings. Pets allowed on a leash. No coolers please.
