His partying days are over and now it’s time for the real fun! Steve Carroll, former owner of some of Charleston’s most popular bars and musical venues -- including the Radio Room, The Warehouse, Band Wagon and Red’s Ice House at Bohicket Marina -- is diving into a new chapter in his food and beverage career with the opening of his first family friendly restaurant, Water Dog Grill, at 1035 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard in Mount Pleasant. Bringing the family back to the table for dinner has been one of Square Onion’s missions for almost a decade. To kickstart their mission, Square Onion is proud to announce a new monthly Wednesday Night Supper event on October 10, 2012, where guests can enjoy a delicious four course meal for only $38 per person. Wine pairings are available at an additional cost.  The first Wednesday Night Supper is Wednesday, October 10 at 7:00 p.m. at 18 Resolute Lane, I’On in Mount Pleasant.
