Blue Barn Juice Company Hosts Grand Opening Party on October 19, 2014

The Blue Barn Juice Company invites the public to their Grand Opening Launch Party on Sunday, October 19 from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. at their Blue Barn headquarters and kitchen at 1537 Ben Sawyer Boulevard in Mount Pleasant. The event is free and will offer food from Coastal Crust, music, activities for children and more.

This event will also give people a chance to see how Blue Barn Juices are pressed
fresh daily. Creating 10 different raw blends and cleanses at, Blue Barn offers daily delivery to your doorstep through online ordering, walk-up purchasing at their kitchen and “Blue Barn Boxes”. Think of it as a "Red Box" for juice, “Blue Barn Boxes” are strategically placed at premier studios through the Lowcountry. All you have to do is swipe your credit card and go.

The concept of cold-pressed is well-known throughout the nation, however, Blue Barn does not use High Pressure Pascalization (HPP) like juices you see on store shelves. HPP denatures the delicate structures of nutrients in produce, making them difficult to be  absorbed and utilized by the body. The Blue Barn cold-press technology gently shreds the produce and then applies the perfect amount of hydraulic pressure to extract the juices from our raw fruits and vegetables.

Cold pressing delivers up to 500% more active enzymes, vitamins, and minerals than any other juicing method. Cold pressing is the healthiest way to stuff three pounds of ‘active’ nutrients into a 16 ounce bottle.

Blue Barn uses homemade recipes to create its 10 blends: Sweet Greens, Salad in a Bottle, Primal Energy, Not from a Cow, Beauty Juice, Daily Detox, Gut Check, Hydration Station, Mojo and a Kids’ Blend Sneaky Greens. They also offer one, three and five day cleanses with explicit directions and support from the Blue Barn Juice Company owners themselves.
